Aesthetic Medicine for Face and Neck
TOXINA BOTULÍNICA
Expression wrinkles
A quick and effective treatment to minimize expression lines (frown lines, forehead wrinkles, and crow's feet). The effect of the toxin disappears completely after 6 months, at which point the application can be repeated. It is performed using tiny injections with a very fine needle that leaves no visible marks.

Hyperhidrosis
Excessive sweating is a problem for all those who suffer from it. It has nothing to do with the weather or stress; the truth is that these patients limit their normal activities and interpersonal relationships, often experiencing severe headaches. In men, it's very common to see it in the armpits (literally soaking wet shirts) and on the palms of the hands. Women also experience it on their face and the soles of their feet. Botox injections easily resolve this problem.
HYALURONIC ACID FILLERS

Lip Augmentation
This procedure is performed using a medium-density hyaluronic acid (HA) specifically formulated for lips. It can be used to treat red lips to add volume and define their shape and profile. It is also commonly used on white lips to treat vertical lip lines (smoker's lines) in older patients.
Correction of dark circles and mid-face (cheekbones and cheeks)
A high-density hyaluronic acid is used, placed deep within the skin to project the area and add volume. It's estimated that facial fat loss is around 20% every 10 years, which is why improving this area is so important. The procedure is performed with a cannula, is painless, and yields very pleasing and completely natural results.
Rhinoplasty
This procedure involves using high-density hyaluronic acid to improve the nasal contour. It is typically injected into the root of the nose to add height and minimize the appearance of nasal humps (raised bridges). It can also be placed in the tip of the nose to lift and raise drooping noses.
All these procedures are currently performed using a 25G cannula to minimize risks and bruising. Local anesthetic blocks may or may not be used, depending on the case.
PRP Platelet-Rich Plasma

This minimally invasive procedure involves tiny intradermal injections (papules) using the patient's own plasma, previously processed, to promote fibroblast stimulation and the formation of new collagen and elastin fibers in the dermis, improving skin quality and trophic state. It is currently widely used in the treatment of hair loss in both sexes. Its biostimulatory effectiveness has been demonstrated in athletes who use it for recovery from muscle, tendon, or joint injuries.
FACIAL VITAMINS
Extreme climates and age increase the consumption of vitamins (antioxidant effect of vitamins C, E, A, etc.). This results in our skin losing radiance, elasticity, and natural moisture. Contrary to popular belief, over-the-counter formulas do not contain the necessary amount of nutrients. Therefore, oral supplementation and local injections far surpass these concentrations, improving tissue quality. These latest-generation preparations are not just vitamins; they are usually presented as a cocktail combined with amino acids and virgin, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, which together create that glow we all want to see in our skin (hydration, radiance, elasticity). The widely publicized "4R" effect—rehydration, remodeling, regeneration, and revitalization—is evident. We always recommend a first session, a second one month later, and a third two to three months later, depending on the patient's age. The treatment is performed with minimal injections across the entire face and neck, if desired.
FRACTIONAL CO2 LASER

It is an ablative laser, meaning it removes tissue using a beam of light that produces a controlled burn. This burn is emitted by a grid-like tip or spot that scatters the light like pinheads side by side. The pulses are precisely controlled in extent, shape, and depth, ranging from very superficial, like a peel, to deep, reaching the dermis to produce hundreds of vectors of skin retraction.
Facial Rejuvenation
It has an immediate lifting effect due to the dermal retraction it produces. It removes all the superficial epithelium, causing a dry peel, erasing fine wrinkles, and achieving a homogeneous skin whitening effect. It is performed in a single session lasting approximately 30-40 minutes. For superficial treatments, a topical anesthetic cream is used; nerve blocks and even sedation are used for more intensive treatments. It is a completely outpatient procedure with minimal rest and discomfort for the first few hours after treatment. NSAIDs are prescribed for the first 48-72 hours, and any tightness is relieved with creams specifically formulated for this type of treatment.
Acne scars
Given its ability to remove and evaporate tissue, when applied superficially to the affected area, it lifts the epidermis. As the skin heals, it does so in an orderly fashion, camouflaging the imperfections more and more with each session. The time between sessions will depend on the patient, but a maximum of four sessions per year can be performed.
Stretch mark treatment
We will always keep in mind that we can treat white, cold, or healed scars. We will never treat scars in their acute (red) phase. As mentioned previously, its ability to remove tissue will ensure that when the skin heals from the injections, it generates new, high-quality skin over the affected area.
IPL INTENSE PULSED LIGHT

Facial photorejuvenation
This method uses pulsed light applied to the face to reduce fine lines, minimize pores, and remove age spots and blemishes (solar or actinic keratosis and seborrheic or senile keratosis). It is also used to treat rosacea and couperose skin by reducing the microvascularization of the treated area. The procedure is entirely outpatient and requires no anesthesia, as it has its own cooling system (anesthetic cream can be applied in very sensitive cases). Two to three sessions are recommended, each lasting 15 minutes, spaced 30-40 days apart. It is crucial to use SPF 50+ sunscreen every three hours for up to one month after completing the treatment. Avoid direct sun exposure.
Facial and body radiofrequency (non-surgical facelift)

Using a handpiece that glides over the skin, aided by a heat-transmitting gel, the device emits heat to stimulate the dermis, activating its remodeling and increasing the synthesis of extracellular matrix, collagen, and elastin fibers. It provides an immediate stimulating and tightening effect to the tissues, which will increase with each session. It noticeably reduces the appearance of cellulite and orange peel skin. It can be used on the face, arms, breasts, thighs, and buttocks. Sessions are performed once a month until the desired result is achieved. Afterward, maintenance sessions can be scheduled every 3-6 months.
HILOS TENSORES

Thread lifts are used for non-surgical facial rejuvenation. It's a novel technique for reducing sagging, increasing firmness, and instantly rejuvenating the face. The fibrosis produced by the threads stimulates collagen production, improving skin quality. The threads are made of a resorbable material called PDO (polydioxanone), which is used in cardiac surgery. The threads are mounted on fine cannulas and have barbs or spikes around them that anchor them to the tissues once in place. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, and the duration depends on the areas being treated and the number of threads the practitioner deems necessary (a treatment lasts from 20 to 60 minutes). They are typically placed subcutaneously, in the subcutaneous tissue, where they act as a vector, providing support and firmness to the skin like a net or mesh. They are used on the face and buttocks in order to tighten structures affected by aging.
CHEMICAL PEEL

These treatments involve the application of various chemical substances designed to refine, purify, and rejuvenate the skin, giving it a fresher, more radiant appearance. Currently, "combination peels" are used. These are innovative preparations with a blend of acids specifically formulated for each individual need, making them more effective. Because they don't contain high percentages of acids, they reduce inflammation and other unwanted side effects. These combinations can act superficially, at intermediate levels, or deep within the skin, depending on each patient's needs (superficial blemishes and wrinkles, dryness or sun damage where dermal stimulation is necessary, and deep scars or blemishes such as those from severe acne). By removing the damaged layers of skin, the face appears more hydrated, rejuvenated, and radiant (a phenomenon now known as "glow").
The procedure is simple and takes no more than 15-20 minutes. Starting on the third day, the layers will begin to renew themselves, producing scabs that will fall off on their own. It's important to always wear sunscreen and reapply it every three hours (SPF 50+ or higher). You can wash your face normally in the shower. Avoid direct sun exposure.
ACNE TREATMENT

We offer the latest advancements in treating this condition. A combination of laser technology and specific medications will eliminate those undesirable marks for both men and women. It's crucial that you understand your commitment to the treatment is fundamental, as the first step is a healthy diet free of fried foods and irritants like spicy foods and alcohol. The treatment isn't magic or immediate, and we need 3-6 months to see significant changes. Contact us; we're here to answer your questions.
CAPILLARY MESOTHERAPY

Innovative and safe treatment for baldness in men and women. It is based on the biostimulation of the hair follicle, improving hair quality and stimulating growth. A testosterone receptor inhibitor such as dutasteride is used, which, when injected locally, works perfectly without systemic effects. We typically combine it with other hair-enhancing active ingredients such as biotin, panthenol, and minoxidil. The use of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in combination with this method offers highly recommended and satisfactory results in 90% of patients. (This method involves micro-injections into the scalp).

Medicina estética Corporal
PERMANENT HAIR REMOVAL

Using innovative technology and various devices (IPL Pulsed Light, ALMA Laser), hair removal can be achieved on different parts of the body in just a few sessions. Let me explain an important detail that no one tells you: sessions are performed monthly because the hair follicle must go through all its growth phases, which take a month to complete, similar to the menstrual cycle. Each session will eliminate 70-80% of the existing hair, leaving about 20% (we understand that in the next session you will eliminate 80% of that remaining 20%, so almost all of it). It's important to know that hair removal machines don't predict the future, so follicles that grow next year won't be affected, and you'll only need a maximum of 1-2 maintenance sessions per year. We're telling you the absolute truth because we're doctors and we don't play games. It's our obligation to provide you with accurate information, which is why our patients feel cared for and trust us. We look forward to seeing you :)
CAVIX ULTRACAVITATION (liposculpture without surgery)

It's important to know that, despite being called a percutaneous liposuction, there is still no percutaneous method that can replace surgical liposuction. Among the existing methods, we consider this one to be quite honest and credible from a physiological standpoint. It consists of applying high-frequency ultrasound to areas of localized fat using a handpiece that glides over the skin with the aid of a gel. Locally acting lipolytic agents are also injected, as the liquid amplifies the machine's signal, making it more effective. This procedure is known as hydrolipoclasia. In just a few sessions (4-8), it produces a reduction in the affected area through cavitation of the fat, which is then naturally eliminated by the body. No anesthetics are used, and it is entirely outpatient and requires no downtime. You should drink more than 1 liter of water to accelerate urination, and it is recommended that you walk or perform some aerobic activity to quickly mobilize the removed fat.
BODY MESOTHERAPY

This treatment involves the application of over 22 active ingredients (ampelopsin, caffeine, cepae, artichoke, carnitine, etc.), depending on the specific case, to address localized fat deposits, stretch marks, and cellulite. Active ingredients such as DMAE are also included, which can help improve skin firmness. The technique is performed using micro-punctures, either side-by-side (Nappage Technique) or in small, rounded areas, using a micro-injector or by hand, depending on the needs. It is a completely outpatient procedure and does not interfere with your daily routine. The treatment takes approximately 20-30 minutes. As a result, you will experience increased collagen production and tissue revitalization.
ELECTROTHERAPY

It consists of applying Russian and interferential waves to tone, increase, or define muscle mass throughout the body. It is primarily used on the chest, abdomen, buttocks, and thighs. It is a very basic and old method, but given its effectiveness, it remains very helpful in the rehabilitation of elite athletes. In aesthetics, we also observe skin and regional benefits because it improves circulation, reduces the appearance of cellulite, and improves the appearance of orange peel skin. Since it is a muscle stimulus (it could be compared to gym exercises; WE DON'T MEAN YOU SHOULDN'T GO ;) ), you can use it every other day, alternating the areas you work on. Sessions last 30-45 minutes.
PRESSOTHERAPY

This treatment involves the use of five segmented pneumatic boots, which are inflated sequentially to varying pressures, ensuring excellent lymphatic drainage and increased venous return. They are used to treat lymphedema, circulatory disorders, and cellulite. While an older method, it remains effective because it respects the body's natural physiology, resulting in highly effective and genuine results. Sessions last 30-45 minutes and can be performed 1-2 times per week, as recommended by your doctor.
