Cosmetic surgery aims to achieve balance and harmony in different parts of the body, identifying the unique features that enhance each patient's beauty. This procedure should only be performed in operating rooms by specialized professionals to guarantee satisfactory results. Some of the most common procedures include:

This procedure repositions facial muscles affected by gravity and aging, removing excess skin and giving the face a fresh, rejuvenated, and natural appearance. It is very common to correct the neck during the same surgery, but the two procedures can be performed separately (to treat the platysmal bands and excess skin).

This surgery focuses on reshaping the nose and, if necessary, correcting its breathing function. The goal is to achieve the correct proportion with the other prominent facial features, such as the forehead, cheekbones, and chin, resulting in a harmonious, delicate, and natural balance.

It is surgery to correct alterations of the auricle and earlobes caused by deformities of traumatic, congenital origin or simply for aesthetic purposes (open or protruding ears, lobes cut by accidental traction or heavy earrings, long lobes due to old age)

These structures are prominent features of the facial structure and therefore must maintain harmonious symmetry with the rest of the face. Correction and achieving an appropriate size through fat transfer (facial lipofilling) or the placement of silicone implants will provide a harmonious facial appearance.
It involves extracting fat from other areas, such as the abdomen or flanks, and transferring it (after processing) to the face to add volume, similar to a hyaluronic acid filler. The key difference is that the results are permanent, and the stem cells will revitalize the skin in a very pleasant way, providing intense hydration and a unique appearance.
Breast augmentation surgery, as its name suggests, serves to increase breast size, correct asymmetries, and perform reconstruction after a mastectomy (breast cancer). Implant placement can be performed via the armpit (an excellent technique as it leaves no visible scar), inframammary, or periareolar approach. It can be placed in front of or behind the pectoral muscle depending on the patient's anatomical characteristics. The shape and size of the implants will depend not only on the desired aesthetic result but also on the limitations of the patient's chest.
Currently, there is frequent PERMANENT REMOVAL of implants for various reasons.

This procedure is generally performed after a mastectomy for breast cancer. It typically involves two or more surgical procedures, reconstructing each structure of the breast's normal anatomy step by step, depending on the affected areas. It can be performed on only one breast, although often both breasts are addressed to achieve symmetry. Given the wide range of possibilities, we invite you to schedule a consultation.

It is the presence of mammary glands in men. It can be treated with liposuction when it is predominantly fatty and/or by surgically removing the gland if necessary. It is a simple surgery that can be performed under local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia.
This procedure, assisted by a vacuum suction mechanism, ultrasound (ultrasonic liposuction or VASER), or laser (laser liposculpture), removes fat tissue from different parts of the body, improving and harmonizing body contours. It is performed on the abdomen and flanks, back, arms, and legs. The chin and neck are also very common areas treated. Currently, this fat is reused for grafting (lipotransfer) to other areas of the body such as the buttocks, breasts, and muscles. It is a minimally invasive procedure for both men and women. It is a reliable treatment with a quick recovery when performed by skilled professionals.
These are surgeries dedicated to gluteal reshaping. They can consist of augmentation with highly cohesive silicone implants and/or reshaping with lipotransfer (transfer of the patient's own fat). It's important to know that the patient must have sufficient fat in other areas, such as the abdomen and flanks, to be able to obtain it. We can also reshape the hips and correct hip dips (violin hips with a hollow in the central area).
It consists of removing excess skin and abdominal fat (abdominal apron). In some cases, it may be accompanied by the correction of muscle laxity in the area (rectus abdominis muscles). It can be performed below the navel for minor defects (mini-abdominoplasty). It can be combined with liposculpture. It is also performed to refine sagging arms and very flabby thighs (especially after significant weight loss).
This surgery addresses calf hypotrophy (small calves). Silicone implants (similar to breast implants but spindle-shaped) are placed under the muscle or aponeurosis, providing contour and a more sensual look to the legs in women and greater volume for men.
This procedure, assisted by liposuction, removes fat tissue from different parts of the body, improving and harmonizing body contours. The harvested fat is then washed and homogenized to be used as filler in the desired areas. This allows us to visually augment muscles in the arms, legs, and abdomen to a reasonable volume. It is a minimally invasive procedure for both men and women. It is a reliable treatment with a quick recovery when performed by specialists. If more volume is needed, silicone implants can be used.
Minimally invasive surgical procedures (under local anesthesia) are indicated after episiotomies, perineal tears in women, dyspareunia (pain and discomfort during intercourse), or simply for aesthetic and functional purposes for both sexes (female and male genital rejuvenation). These before-and-after photographs will be shown during the consultation, as we do not want children to accidentally access these types of images.
